How's our defense getting on with Caulker & young Furlong?
Caulker solid, Furlong less so. Ned has made his customary disastrous error and has got away with it again.

Chair looks promising.

Is that chair the Belgium lad?

Any idea where Goss Is?
Chair is Moroccan. A 19 year old (nearly 20) striker.

No idea where Goss is, sorry.
Came via Belgium though. Isn't he a midfielder?
Offish describes him as a forward. I read that as a striker.

Generally, he also makes 1 match saving challenge / tackle, so lets balance it out..... (IMO)

It was as bad as Saturday....

Twice we've got away with it now (anyone else notice the clubs highlights from Saturday were missing his initial mistake?)...

Got to give Ingram his dues... He's confident on the ball as he was given a few hospital back passes tonight
2017/2018.... Keep Calm, no matter the season, we'll follow our team.....

Mention from a couple of fans about Northampton's number 7 - Billy Waters - did he stand out for them?

We did enough but only just. Northampton played well and gave us a game.

Chair, a ball playing Moroccan attacking midfielder...

Still remember the bilious doghearted flirt-gill up at the play off final... When O'Neill had to take one for the team ...

Really wish Dunne was still beside him... It wasn't bad then?

I wish someone was beside him as well, as he always seems to be the last man so any mistake he makes is more obvious/serious. Other players give the ball away as often and just and stupidly but they have cover behind them (usually!). I'm not saying the guy is Beckenbauer reborn, but he's pretty decent at this level IMO

Yes. Probably the only one of them that showed anything classy.

He did look tidy when he came on and Freeman although not as impressive as Saturday does a lovely impersonation of that legendary 7 of 2011...

Didn't think Nprthampton had any stand=out players. They played well for the odd 5 or 10 minutes but couldn't sustain it. Not too many of our side looked like they'd set the 1st team alight either. Borysiuk was good throughout and Manning got better as the game went on. Sylla possibly the pick of the front players but the Mackie/Washington combo from Saturday is probably going to edge a close early season Championship. No serious injuries probably the most important thing.
Come on you Sooopa ........

Borysiuk MOTM for me, followed by Caulker who looked solid on his return. Chair looked very promising and was involved in most of the forward play once he came on. Also it was good to see Petrasso getting a chance and did some good things on the left.

From the little I've seen he's an attacking midfielder but happy to drop in to find the ball - but that is very little tbf.
