We look even better in the highlights than when I watched the game live yesterday. It really was a very encouraging performance.

...what I really liked of yesterday, something very different from the previous recent seasons, the intensity, the running, the movement,
the pressing that led to so many ball possession conquered and then turning into an immediate counter attack....
I remember last seasons, when we got the ball and nobody was moving, I was shouting "Com'n....run to the goal...!!!"

Ned had a great game yesterday, unfortunately there's a section of our support who will fixate on every error he makes.

I thought Scowen was excellent too, but most impressive was how we controlled the game. A great start to the season.
The WLS ratings had Mackie as MoTM!
I thought he was lucky not to get sent off

So, just goes to show that this game is about opinions

I like Ned. I wish he was better than he is though
I wish they were all better than they are :D
If drink isn't the answer, you were asked the wrong question

THAT was all you noticed about Chief's game today?
That and he got caught with two balls over the top and failed to win one defensive header, still he's what we've got and there are a lot worse CB in this league. As we saw yesterday
That was Lynch who was getting caught flat footed against Popa & Clement I think it was. The ones pumped beyond Ned he chased the defender down in all but one case where Perch had to clean up behind him. Chief had a very good game yesterday.
It's not the despair that will kill you, it's the hope.
