1-1 Sylla against the run of play. Our best striker for me, I don't understand why he doesn't get more game time.

Let's hope that goal inspires the boys.
Agreed, think he'd be looking a lot more polished if he'd got more games.

I guess we will never know, because IH isn't going to play him there, even though we have no fit centre backs and we keep letting in goals.
I'm not going to hold that against Holloway. You're big you'll do isn't quite this level.

Ahh

Another shit result. It didn't sound like any plan was in place. Obviously, i need to watch the replay to know if that's fair.

I'm fine with IH , you gotta understand , we win 5, we lose 5 , that's what we do... We are QPR.... It doesn't change, that's what you get as an R's fan. Every now and then we win the league, every now and then we get relugated.
so basically going down this season would. e just fine because hey, we are QPR and have a clown as manager?
Who would u appoint then Ray?
Now? Well, depending on if he'd want to come my first choice would be Roger Schmidt, ex-manager of Leverkusen and RB Salzburg.

 No it isn't. If we carry this form in to the new season it will be.
Why wait that long? He's somewhat clueless. Bircham no better.
  You boys
Convince me otherwise Rbee!

Ray wants Wenger but I think but he would be a clown 20 minutes in to his first game of the season.

Holloway isn't a clown, very experienced at this level with a record of getting teams promoted. He has told us that he is experimenting at this stage of the season which we have to accept. Of course I am not happy with getting stuffed week in week out and would like another win before the season ends.

I am not happy with some of his post match comments, much of what he says should be kept behind closed doors in my opinion. We seem to have a great squad spirit at the moment which he should working hard to maintain, loss after loss cannot help this.

The real test for Ollie will be next season. I would suggest comfortable upper mid table would be acceptable next season, if we are below that and not playing well then Ollie's position would and should be at risk.

And he has experience of a zero to minimal budget, a small championship club with an average squad that have looked devoid of enthusiasm & direction all season.

What if he came in and carried on the shite results? Would you give him time or berate him on a regular basis?

As Rbee says, Olly is going to have to be careful we don't start next season like we are finishing this one. We really are up against it now in this league, especially when you see who is coming down and who is coming up from L1. We'll be comfortably relegated next season if we don't change things around on the pitch in my opinion. Hope IH is up for the challenge. Can't stand Sheffield Weds and hope Fulham nick that last place in the play offs.

I hear he is in contention for the Dutch national team.

A realistic choice by Ray then.

Apparently Zola has just quit Birmingham , so , if it's ok with Ray , we could get him for the last 3 games of the season and then look again for someone to start the new campaign in August.

9% win ratio with the blues, 2 wins from 22.

Ray would have a cardiac if zola took over.

I'm not adverse to the concept of experimenting, but only once you are mathematically safe. But what is frustrating as the experiments make no sense.
I don't see that much can be learned from what he is trying. Hopefully, i'm missing something.

You are not missing anything.

You do not experiment on 50 points
If you do there has to be some logic behind it

But let's not forget he loves the club, is totally committed (something expected from any manager) and if cut bleeds blue and white.
