well done Ollie Gashead, very impressive....I wonder who in our history had a worse record in his first 26 matches in charge.

Who gives a f*ck

We spent 15yrs in the wilderness, we'll probably spend another 15yrs finishing mid table.

Yes it would be great to be a City or Chelsea but on the flip side atleast we have a club in some sort of condition, just ask Orient & Cov fans how they're doing right now.

What have Orient and Coventry got to do with it ?

The question is surely whether we are or will be in better "condition" for having changed the manager again this season.

At this point, that's highly debatable to say the least.

Unbelievable that some are still moaning about Hasselbaink being sacked ages ago: what's the point?

The point is to learn from your mistakes. For two seasons in a row, we've sacked a manager three months into the season, with the team in no particular danger, because a vocal minority of our fanbase on social media believed we were under-achieving.

We were 13th when Chris Ramsey was sacked 18 months ago. We're 16th this evening.

Do you call that progress ?

Yeah, if only we could all be more like you and never moan about the team or the manager.

Unhappy that Holloway hasn't proven to be the messiah?

disappointing I know, yes,but Holloway will be judges on next season. Have patience.

Still I think having patience with our attack will not get us anywhere. We need competition in attack.

Are you suggesting Holloway should go then?

And where do you get it was a vocal minority who wanted rid of Ramsey and JFH? Seemed an overwhelming majority to me: general consensus seemed to be both should go....

Who expected him to be the messiah then? Just funny that there's a few still muttering away about JFH's demise :D

I'm pretty sure you were delighted by his appointment and very defensive when people were critical of it. Others were talking playoffs before a ball had been kicked. Given Hasselbaink was fired to bring in Holloway are you not surprised that people think it relevant to discuss the merits of the decision.

No. I would have thought it was fairly obvious that I was pointing out that little if any progress has been made by sacking the last two managers when the team was in no imminent danger.

That said, I'm sure that if we have a poor start to next season, there will be the same clamour to get rid of Holloway too.
