I love it that they are calling them Wayne Rooney's Derby County, so not just a joke amongst us.
Will they get a punitive fine/points deduction ? Hmm, somehow i think it'll be a slap on the wrist or a balloon on a stick waved in their face.
Only the likes of us get hammered.

If Derby are found guilty as charged, then Birmingham City will receive another nine point deduction. :D

They will get a points deduction the same as Sheff Wednesday which means they won't harm them to go up in the play offs or get relegated.

So it shows that the football league would have done their job

It has emerged that Wayne Rooney's Derby County may have accumulated losses of more than £30 million above the figures they presented to the EFL. This is because of the “unique” way of accounting that they use. Apparently under the method used by other clubs, a player's value diminishes as the end of his contract impends. Under Wayne Rooney''s Derby County's methods, a residual value is put on the player thus increasing the club's player asset value.
