Programmes....

....or Matchday Magazines as they are better known nowadays. Apparently the FL are considering removing the requirement for clubs to issue them. I had no idea it was a requirement.

Although I no longer buy one myself, it would be a shame for this tradition to die out. Some things should be left alone. 3pm Saturday kickoffs, the pub before and after the game, Bovril and hot pies, queueing for noisome toilets. I still mourn the loss of the Classified Saturday evening papers !

Go back to these for 2p. Had the team sheet and fixture info. What more do you need?

Like many/most people I used to throw my programme away......how I wish I'd kept them. A bit like Dinky toys in their original boxes. Ah well.

I have several boxes of home programmes from the late 60's through to the 2000's. Mainly 70's and 80's and 90's. Must be around 500 of them.

If anyone wants to collect them they can keep them.
