Re: Grant Hall - out for season

Weirdly he played in today's U23s game? Maybe the new injury isn't as bad as reported Grant Hall? I can’t see his name on the team sheet.... I think there might be some confusion with Paul Hall, the coach. Ah apologies, didn't notice the article I read on Dave Mac's site was from before the weekend.

Adult season tickets reduced to £179 was a big factor in that.
Fantastic from the club, and I'm sure that has at least somewhat played a part in their successful season.

According to the link below, our average home gate is down from 16K per game last season to around 14.5K so far this.

Re: Falling gates at Loftus Road.

No surprise to me that we have a high percentage attendance vs capacity as we have one of the smallest and oldest grounds in the league. Lots of clubs in this league have done what we should really try our best to avoid, which is building a stadium far too large. This is also misleading in terms of ...

Re: looking up

Fair points and on reflection I agree that Swansea, if they come down, should not pose too much of a threat. I hear what you are saying about the other three but historically we have never done too well going up to the North East and there will be a lot of away games up north against bigger clubs t...

Re: looking up

I broadly agree with the above though as previously stated, a consistent formation which can capitalise on our strengths, which I see as an orthodox 4-4-2 are almost as important as the playing staff. One thing that I think is being overlooked is that the Championship could be quite a lot harder ne...

Re: Team vs Villa..

I'm a friend of a friend of a member of the team (won't reveal who for obvious reasons), and the team is announced the day before the game. Happy to let people know the side a few hours before kick off if people are interested in knowing early! Always Really? You think this is a good idea? Putting ...

Re: The BBC really, really hate us

It's fake news from a very, very dishonest media - sad! In fact we have the best record in the FA cup since it was invented, having won more games and cups than any other team and scored more goals, but do the the so-called main stream media report that? No, they do not - sad! The failing BBC may I...

Re: We need a striker! We need a striker!

He may be a very slow lump but he has a first class degree in Int Management. Smart bloke I actually played against him in the University BUCS league and the guy is absolutely enormous. I took a bit of an interest in his career after that and the only place where he hasn't really done the business ...

Re: Sherwood myth busting

You don't know Sherwood from Adam but yet you judge him just like most do with Warnock until he takes over there club & works wonders.
Wait a minute, are you Chris Ramsey?

Re: Sherwood myth busting

From what I can see, there's a very clear divide between those who think Sherwood would be a truly diabolical appointment, and those who keep quoting his win percentage at Spurs being the highest of any manager in their history (at the time) and taking Aston Villa to an FA Cup final. As someone who...
