Anyone else using the QPR+ stream? Last week it was excellent, this week it's complete shit.
Not good for me either, though it got better towards the end of the half.

Re: New kit ??

From fantasy island: Just bumped into a mate who works for Errea and he's shown me the 3 new kits for the season. Home kit is a round collar, 3 blue hoops, 4 white. Away kit is a round collar Dennis the menace kit of red / black Third kit is a round collar with green and black hoops. Sponsor is Roy...

Re: Concerts

It's not just concerts. You can go to art galleries now and people are taking pictures of the artworks. Not a quick photo of themselves standing in front of the Mona Lisa or in the Turbine Hall or whatever, but of the actual paintings. It seems people are so focused on recording their experiences th...

Re: Match Thread: Queens Park Rangers FC v Brentford

Only one team in it at the mo, defensively were a mess, acres of space down their right, poor old Robinsons been hung out to dry, never a ranger near him and Brentford exposing it well :( Can't put more than 3 passes together, and the midfield seems to have disappeared. Apart from that, all looks r...

Re: A simple question

I can see what you mean by the qualities, but to be honest I think most players stick with the positions they are in at 18 years old. That doesn't necessarily say much about their potential management ability when they are 36. And you can be like Tim Sherwood, thinking you're a leader on the pitch b...

Re: Daily Telegraph - tumbleweed

Where are these eight premier league managers that were supposed to have been exposed by now. I think the FA can probably feel a bit hard done by. They probably felt they had to be very tough on Allardyce to enable them to act on what was to come. Now it seems that they could have probably stuck by ...

Re: JFH & #football4sale

Esox, in principle I agree with you, but on hearing the incident and him wanting 55k to "represent" these people looks lousy. The club should have been notified; football people have a sh*tty image at best and avarice is definitely not a good thing. I want him to stay, but it's touch and go whether...

Re: Rednapp is next?

Redknapp has a get-out even on the betting thing: He doesn't say when he heard about it. He might have heard about it last Christmas. Do they expect him to get on the phone the day after boxing day and tell the FA? "Someone just told me that Luka Modric and Carlo Cudicini had a bet five years ago!" ...

Re: JFH & #football4sale

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Shortage of hard facts that are normally required for any kind of serious disciplinary action. Lots of smoke being blown, and not anything like a parallel with Fat Sam. What is the difference with the big Sam case? Please excuse my ignorance I haven't read anyth...

Re: All those who thought Newcastle would run away with the league.

I still think the biggest risk for Newcastle is psychological. They get six games in with a win and three draws. It stops looking easy and everyone is under pressure suddenly. They've obviously got the talent to walk it, but my guess is that teams will play for a draw against them and it could all g...

Re: You who voted out

The pound has fallen 10 percent or more since Brexit, so I don't think deflation is very likely in the near to mid term. And the cheaper pound should encourage exports and British people to spend their money in-country. So I think the big challenge is more likely to be the impact on the financial se...

Re: Worst kit 2016/17

In all honesty, apart from them being Chelsea, I don't think the shirts themselves are that bad. The photographer does seem to have done his level best to make the players wearing them look like w-----s, though.
Norwich kit looks like something left over in a leisure centre lost property bin c. 1992.

Some of his points are good I suppose, but basically he works for a site that is pretty extreme in its right-wing opinions. It's very anti-Muslim for example. If it's the only thing you are watching, you won't have a very balanced understanding of what is happening. In my opinion, the Remain people ...

Re: Leaving the EU, in hindsight.

Just out of curiosity, what does everyone think of this? https://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/jul/08/jose-manuel-barroso-to-become-next-head-of-goldman-sachs-international Goldman has a history of hiring Eurocrats, so it's not that surprising they'd hire one, even if he is not a banker. I gues...
