Re: Pitch invasions.... just why???

Sorry. You actually think the fans who went on the pitch yesterday should be prosecuted?! I'm not saying I agreed with the pitch invasion considering the season we've had but actually arrest someone for simply going onto a football field and delaying a 'parade' of our players around the pitch? First...

I do see your point, Gary, but at the same time I refuse (naively?) to believe that a Grexit or anything similar will end up with Greece being a third world country. I was in santorini (okay, hardly the real Greece with it's spactacular prices etc, but Greece nonetheless) and I saw nothing that said...

Totally agree than everyone should pay tax but at the same Time I'm quite relishing being able to see what will happen to Greece/wider democracy/capitalism here. Being a Brit' I know we'll be okay so seeing what happens to a country that finally says **** you to the EU is a genuinely exciting prospe...

I doubt anyone REALLY knows what will happen if a Grexit does occur, politicians/economists etc One thing I did gather form an 'old flame' was that tax avoidance in Greece was (is?) a way of life for certain people. Her father paid in cash for a Porsche and that was normal for people who could affor...

If they really want to make football financially Fair they need to bring in a wage and transfer cap of, say, £50 million a season (what the clubs get from TV) with clauses in all contracts saying relegation = a substantial reduction as the league below also has a wage/transfer cap but at a much redu...

Whilst I'm all for a new stadium (provided it meets my criteria!), I'm just wondering where everyone gets the idea that it would suddenly mean we can compete at a much higher level..? An increase in 22,000 seats (from 18k to 40k) Total PROFIT per seat = £35 22,000 x £35 = £770,000 £770,000 x 19 (hom...

I've had a look on both and it's not listed. Hull vs Stoke is though.

It'll be available to stream/watch in a pub with the foreign sports channels

I should hope we wouldn't be relegated playing 40 games this season, everyone else is playing 38..
You forgot about our appearances in the two cups..!

We are £170 million+ in debt so maybe time to be somewhat prudish with the dosh!

Not that I know any of the details regarding the transfer/contract.

Oldham by a mile. When Furlong scored I've never heard such a roar, let alone felt Ellerslie Road tremble like that. Absolute pandemonium!!!

Baixada isn't too bad but would prefer steeper stands.

Pantanal with the corners filled in (with more stand space!) would be my preference.

He won't go without a fight as he's worried that his successor could (slim chance) be a 'good guy' and examine FIFA's financial records and out him for being totally corrupt fat twat.

Blatter is a fat twat.

COuld/should be good for us but, as stated by many others... WAGES. We're 170 million in debt (probably more now) and I'd rather see us end this season in 20th but with the debt reduced than it increasing. Just my opinion. His wife on the other hand... sign her up NOW. http://www.nevercaptainnickybu...

Septic blatter is only re-electing himsel to ensure that any incumbent doesn't out him for being a corrupt fat prick. The last election was a one horse race because Blatter made sure his one rival - Mohamed Bin Hammam - was outed for being corrupt (coudln't make that up!). This time round, if newspa...
