This game is a copy of the Wolves game 2 weeks ago. Bad first half and much better second half. Why does it take 45 minutes to get going away from home?
A very fair question. We rarely if ever seem to take the game to the opposition away from home. That has to be down to the manager.

Smyth not starting is simply baffling, and annoying, and wrong.
It is, and yet entirely predictable :(

Re: Freeman and the midfield

24 teams in the division & Freeman tops the assists chart, he keeps the ball longer than most to play a killer pass, that’s what creative players do. We’ve got plenty of players that are happy to play sideways passes thank god we’ve got Freeman. Agreed. He does have a tendency to hold onto the ball...

Re: U23s today

Why ? Palace are a Premier League club, and have always had a good reputation for bringing through their own players.

Re: 1,238

The attendance at Blackburn v Bury tonight. Ex Premier league champions 31,000 capacity stadium pushing for promotion & they get 1,238 through the gate. I’m staggered by that I had to look twice when I read it, I know it was on the box but just over a thousand people turn up for a Blackburn league ...

Re: Wzsolek...

I think Wzsolek has had a poor to average season so far. He doesn't seem the same player to when he first came. That he's playing the wing back role may have contributed to this of course, even though he's okay at it. Didn't do anything special today. If he was world class he wouldn't be playing fo...

Re: Jack Robinson watch

It's a proper Armageddon scenario, but despite the conspiracy theorists' view that the FL have got it in for us, I can't see how it's in anyone's interests to enforce a fine that literally puts the club out of business. I don't believe it will come to that, but since we insist on prolonging the agon...

Re: Sean Goss

Sean had another good game for Rangers today by all accounts. Including a blistering shot which hit the bar. Against a Scottish League 1 side, who I'm not sure are even full-time professionals. Perspective is important. Remind me how we did against MK Dons in the FA Cup with practically our first c...
