Re: Jack Robinson watch

oh and sorry my evidence is i was involved in the separation of the two assets so i know it to be true! They won't fold the club to pay the fine. They will simply not pay it , the FL will take out a court order [ like you have seen HMRC do]. Nothing will be paid , the club will just fold as there a...

Re: Team for tomorrow/prediction

https://youtu.be/rPHiAZ5ogbo Can imagine us being under the kind of pressure we were in this game: would be great to come away with the same result! Was there with my fiancée as we lived nearby at the time: remember thinking "what on earth is he doing?" when Dichio shaped to shoot from so far out......

Re: Caulker watch

Yeah you're right: there's a 50% chance that Caulker's been a model pro in the last few years and has been treated very badly by QPR when all the lad wanted to do is play for the club and earn his wages by putting in quality performances every week on the pitch.

Re: Caulker watch

Part of his quote from the BBC website below: nice dig at QPR.

"What I want is to be back enjoying my football in a good environment with a manager who is understanding, and one who is caring and respectful."

Must be bitter that the gravy train has ended for him.....

Re: Match Thread: Queens Park Rangers FC v Barnsley

Just back (at my parents in Iver) First half was dire from both teams. Great Scowen goal. Gutsy performance after Manning's needless sending off, typified by Washington's endeavour and commitment: the lad deserved a goal today. Lynch was my MOTM today, faultless at the back and some excellent crosse...

Re: Do we have enough to survive?

Subject to avoiding a bad run of injuries we should have a good enough (and big enough) squad to survive, especially as we have kept our best players.

Re: Did we sign Morrison on loan ??

I would've signed him if Lazio didn't want £2m for him. Currently on loan in Mexico.

It's a big game now. The management team and the players need to find a way to win.

Re: Transfer Rumour Thread: Jan 2018

Selling Freeman now would be a big mistake as he really is the only player who can create anything consistently in the team. Especially to Fulham.

And calling him a 'lower league journeyman' is laughable: he's a high quality Championship player with the stats to back that up.

Re: Three points

Outclassed all over the pitch today. I said to my brother when the teams were announced that the gulf in quality in the starting eleven and the subs was massive: their striker cost more than all our lot put together. Boro seem to be a confidence team so the first goal was always going to be massive...

Unless we get rid of a couple this window I would stick with what we have until the summer: the young lads coming through remove the need for buying IMO.

Re: 10 points from the play offs

With our defensive injuries behind us and a few goals throughout the team there is as much chance of us winning a few games in a row now as going on a losing streak.

Re: Ian Holloway

The thing we really need to let sink in is that we are not and never have been, in any way, a big club, a successful club or a club with a rich, winning history. Pick apart our dna and we are a small family club from West London whose natural habitat is mid-table Championship with the occassional f...
