Re: Tonight's line up

Mackie over Sylla after saturday's game? Still, it's one less chance of him being made a scapegoat if it goes nipples north. Oteh is in better form than anyone there tonight :D

Re: QPR v Aston Villa

I couldn't see it posted here but Albert Adomah (great winger and all round top bloke was at Bristol few years ago) didn't celebrate his goals because he is a massive QPR fan. grew up around the corner from QPR.... alot of friends and family are QPR fans... When asked , why he had not been picked u...

Parking at Greenford.

Does anyone know if you can leave your car at Westway Cross Retail Park in the morning and travel into London for the day? Does the retail park have opening and closing times? TIA.

Re: Ollie

Who did you want as manager from those out of work then? At the time I hought Chris Wilder who was performing miracles at Northampton Town would have been a good manager for us in our current plight, or Mickey Appleton who did a great job at Oxford. Nothing would have been certain with either of th...

Re: Ollie

Holloway's job is safe. Not least because the club is in no position to fork out for compensation and offer enough dough for a new manager to come in. There have been some high spots this season and we are eight points clear of the drop zone. Sure his tactics if you can call them that, are depressi...

Re: QPR v Aston Villa

Luongo was the glue in the first half and was noticeable by his absence in the second half. Flashes from Freeman & Scowen. Robinson had a very good game compared to others in the team. Mackie & Smith didn't have anywhere near enough for Samba & James Chester to worry about. Smithies was good. Baptis...

I "accidentally" trod on his bad foot as he was walking to the stadium.

*Edit Ooops, I posted this several hours before the accident. My bad.

Re: Villa tomorrow

Aston Villa have only lost once in their last nine league meetings with the Hoops - and did the double over them last season, both games finishing 1-0. Ian Holloway has never been on the winning side in five previous meetings as a manager with Villa, of which he has lost four. Steve Bruce has not lo...

Re: Onuoha misses Borough game

Encouraging news about Chief's recovery being 5 weeks ahead of schedule. If there is still anyone who thinks he is stealing a living from the club after hearing about how he played on with his hamstring detached from his femur for over 30 minutes then please keep your thoughts to yourself. After hea...

Thanks for getting I.O.W. famous Saf ;-) but seriously well done, I hope you found the Wightlink codes you were after. Things younger folk wouldn't understand.

For some unknown reason a memory of Sunday evening watching the Golden Shot popped into my head. After the usual pre amble the phone contestant starts to give Bernie his instructions "up... left a bit... up... right a bit... up... up a bit more..." at this point the camera on the crossbow was aiming...
