Re: The Warren Barton years

Ardilles? I think most fans who actually saw him play would remember him in the side. Also a good quiz question; which QPR player won a World Cup winners medal? I was thinking of the ones that have slipped from memory despite having played at a high level and rarely mentioned in fans fond memories ...

Re: Frustrating!

I think this is a case of stirring the pot and creating a story but I thought I would post it anyway. I would be pleasantly surprised if he chose to rejin us, even if just for a loan spell.

The Warren Barton years

Just loking at an old clip and noticed WB playing for us and whilst I remember watching him now, I doubt very much if I would have thought of his name as a player I have seen in the Hoops. Any other players who have had successful, top flight careers either before or after QPR that you had forgotten...

Imagine what Remy could have done with service like this?
Get him back!
I fear the moment has passed now.

If this is true then it's Ferdinad who's job should be looked at - not Holloway.
And if it's not true? you'll have to find another angle to take a dig at him?
That wouldn't be hard.

He certainly looks very sharp today!
Scored a free header and missed a sitter.

Big whoop.
That was all he was able to manage in the 45 seconds he was on the pitch.

Re: Board meeting to decide Ollie’s future

As much as I didn't want Holloway as a manager, and Bircham even less, they have exceeded my expectations for this season already and need to stop where they are for the rest of the season. So much is looking better than any realist expected both on the field and off. The Sun, was, is and always wil...

Re: Today

He's playing a reasonable free role as it is, not exactly sure what else you are expecting? Far more effective attacking from deep, as had been amply demonstrated in - as you say - a very effective midfield combination. Would be mad to change it. Or change the shape & go 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 6 points f...
