Re: Some good news on injuries

Surely if Caulker is unable to play due to off field problems, his contract could be terminated? Not without due diligence on the clubs behalf I would think. As an analogy, would you be happy if you fell ill or got injured at work and they sacked you because you were unable to work? But I assume Ca...

Re: Clark Carlisle

It's what makes the likes of Esox tick. Tiresome. Meanwhile, back to important matters, great to Clarke has been found and hopefully getting the help he needs. Agreed Biscuit, you'd have thought that at some point [including important matters concerning mental health] that petty bickering would sub...

So true. You can't even shove excrement through your neighbours' letter box these days without them taking offence.

It's political correctness gone mad.
You've done that? I think you should up the dosage on your meds Ux. naughty

So his mrs tweeted at 10.20am that he's gone missing last seen at 6am!

So is that 6am & 10.20am the same morning?

If that's missing then god knows what you call the 48hr benders I used to go on.
But were you heavily depressed / suicidal?
Was Clarke at the time?

Re: Clint Hill's back!

Hes 39 next month so glad he didnt sign as a player. Id rather give one of the kids a run out. If we've signed them we need to blood them to see how they cope and to gain experience. Such a knee jerk move to even consider Clint.

Injured. He has tendinitis and badly it would seem.
It doesn't bode well, given he's been out for months. A shame, i thought he always looked threatening and was treated a bit unfairly imo.
Quick with no end product. One for a loan when he's ready which has done wonders for young Furs

...well...it is so easy getting famous players and pay crazy money for them to join.... if he could manage to find good players from the lower leagues it would mean that he knows about football, something that I doubt after watching him for two seasons at LR Forgotten already that it was Harry who ...

Seems odd to only give this talented lad only a two year deal. If he makes it any sell on fee will be quiet small.

Re: Boycott Cup games !

Stadium running costs vs attendances probably mean most clubs lose money by being in it. Without reserve team leagues these days its the only chance for fringe players to get a competitive game.
