Re: Transfer rumours

They must be looking at back up if it isn't complete bollocks. He'd get toasted up against premier league players* and doesn't offer enough going forward for that level. If we got 2m we'd be lucky. *I would have said the same about Premier League winner Danny Simpson. Not in a million years are we g...

QPR have offered a contract to Barnsley midfielder Josh Scowen. Will he say yes? http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/qpr- ... midfielder
Anyone know much about this kid? There's not much on youtube.
All I know is he plays at RB or RM.
DM isn't he?

Re: Transfer rumours

I think that will be a good move all around. I'm not convinced by Gladwin at all, but regardless his treatment from 'fans' has been poor and i really can't see it working out for him with us.

Re: Transfer rumours

Vargas is a stange one, he was obviously good enough for us but i think partly suffered due to the need to play Austin off Zamora. He's also never quite found his form at European clubs, but bangs them in for fun at international level. Isla was also good enough, but wasn't at his best as a conventi...

Re: New kit ??

I buy a shirt every year wear it home & never wear it again. Atleast this year that won't be happening. I gotta get hold of the 1995/96 viewfrom compaq shirt, it's the nuts. Now we're talking, was that the one with the fluorescent yellow trim? This kit seems fine, i generally don't get that bothere...

Re: FAKE HOOPS AT HOME FIRST GAME

My big concern is us sacking another manager midway through the season. Especially as i have no confidence in Holloway anymore. I was really reluctant to sack another manager, but unless the club rule out making that move, i'd rather they did it now. Sounds like he's not going anywhere though, so ho...

Re: FAKE HOOPS AT HOME FIRST GAME

I have expectations of survival anything more than 20th is a bonus. We are a small fish in a large pond, as long as I see a gameplan on the pitch & the players giving there all then that'll do for me. Hopefully the players feel less pressure this season now we kind of know where we are at, cup run ...

Re: Luongo a mess

That's exactly what Luongo is. As is Cousins, i was baffled by Dave Mc seemingly blaming all our woes on his absence from a holding role. As for Borysiuk, i agree he wasn't the tallest, but i don't recall him getting knocked around, i also thought he read the game well (better to not have to make a ...

Re: FAKE HOOPS AT HOME FIRST GAME

I read this and have the feeling we are in for a relegation battle. Quite easily see no points in August which will determine the season. Bircham has said recently that a good start is vital . Let us hope he is more confident than me. Good start? Yes, pretty important. But, remember 2016-2017? In t...

Or Jack Robinson remains fit for a season(ish)
That would be ideal, but not something the club should really gamble on. If he's looking in good shape it might be a good time to use the loan market as cover if the option arises (and get Hämäläinen out on loan to get game time).

Re: Luongo a mess

I'm not sure Luongo does want to play in the final 3rd, rather, have the freedom to break from the middle. I'd put Cousins behind Luongo and on last seasons showing Freeman and Manning (although he was played out of position at times too). I personally though Borysiuk looked very tidy and it's a rea...

Re: Save Warren Farm Campaign Plan To Go To Court Of Appeal

Alice Roberts of the Campaign to Protect Rural England (London) said: “There is no excuse for giving away a vast piece of public land at Warren Farm and excluding the community, for the benefit of a profit making company . London’s protected Open Land is there for Londoners and should not be given ...

Re: Luongo a mess

I'll make it simple, regardless of where you think Luongo should play & has played previously he is currently the best midfielder at Queen's Park rangers football club. Right, so if offers came in for Freeman, Manning and Luongo and one had to go you would prefer to see either Freeman or Manning le...
