Re: Leicester... FFP Resolution

The rules at the time allowed for an £8M loss. For anything up to to £10M over and above that, the penalty was calculated on a sliding scale, up to a maximum of £6.7M. So if you lost £18M, the penalty would have been £6.7M. Losses over £18M incurred a fine at 100%. Excluding the "extraordinary item...

Re: Les Ferdinand

A nice little interview here: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/feb/22/les-ferdinand-qpr-grenfell-relief-effort-loftus-road-director-of-football He's not liked by all Rs supporters but I think we could do a lot worse than have him as director of football. I think he is doing a good job. I w...

Re: Pay at the BBC

Satch - I wasnt aware the BBC was costing the taxpayer anything. I though their funding was solely by the licence fee or perhaps selling the rights to programmes they own. Surely their period dramas would fetch a few quid overseas and box set sales etc? I thought your point was that the government ...

Re: Leicester... FFP Resolution

I can see now why our situation is taking so long to resolve. There is no way we should be paying ten times what Leicester did for the same crime. Hope our lawyers show the FL that our fine is totally disproportionate and settle for a lot less. If not we need to fight them all the way till they see...

Re: QPR+ and Pass Plus

What was the speed. We're getting 197mbs... However, that's an idea. Cheers 197 mbps is a very fast connection. Could be though that that is the speed coming into your home but you router is only giving you 5 or 10 mbps. Try the hotspot option and see if that solves your problem. Then you will know...

Re: Match Thread: Sheffield United v Queens Park Rangers FC

Don't think we should feel too dejected. Ollie has repeatedly said that some of our away performances have merited more points and we've been doing well in spells away from home against some strong teams. Plus we have beaten one or two who are around us in the table. Just need to keep the faith and...

Re: Match Thread: Sheffield United v Queens Park Rangers FC

This game is a copy of the Wolves game 2 weeks ago. Bad first half and much better second half. Why does it take 45 minutes to get going away from home? A very fair question. We rarely if ever seem to take the game to the opposition away from home. That has to be down to the manager. Agreed, it mus...

It is, and yet entirely predictable :( Tbf - he is just coming back from injury, i don't mind us being a little cautious with him. I'm sure we'll see him and up against tired legs. Luongo came back from an injury on Saturday too but he gets a start tonight. Different players, different injuries.

Where's Robinson worrying if he's picked up another injury
Done something to his toe, so hopefully nothing too concerning.

Smyth not starting is simply baffling, and annoying, and wrong.

Re: QPR+ and Pass Plus

It previously has been excellent, but now it isn't working on PC - even in Chrome. Keeps saying something but something being triggered. +pass are saying its something to do with the internet speeds, but speed test shows no problems. Keep turning it on and off again but to no avail. Cleared cookies...

Re: Pay at the BBC

I'd be a lot happer if the BBC went back to its Reithian origins and concentrated on informative and enlightening programme content whilst leaving all the silly lowest common denominator shows to the commercial channels. It would be more worthy of its licence fee then. Some people think the commerc...
