Re: Prediction update

Based on the 7 games played to date against equivalent opposition from last season, my latest prediction, which hasn't changed a great deal from my last update, now reads : P46 W15 D9 L22 F52 A61 Pts 54 - position 17th. With the better performances now being witnessed, I hope we will see an improve...

Re: game for Grenfell

It was a good day out and the club did everyone proud. All things we criticize the club for melt away when they deliver for the community like this.

Re: Colin's return match.

http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/key-qpr-man-doubt-cardiff-city-clash It seems that Scowen is now doubtful for Cardiff. He described himself as a rat when he joined us and we probably understand, now, what he meant. If he cannot play, he will be sorely missed. Will Luongo be asked to play deeper?...

Re: Scowen

He's doing the job Olly asked Hall to do last season but doing a much better job of it. Hopefully will allow Hall, when fit to go into the back 3 and strengthen that part of our lineup. I'm impressed by him and the workload he gets through. No wonder Olly wanted him.

Re: £3.50 booking fee to add Brentford ticket onto season ticket..

I thought this was the Ticketmaster fee collected either online or via the box office to pay for whatever it is they do?

Everyone saying we are at home now. Except the BBC who say we are away. But I suppose they still hate us so who knows.

Mention from a couple of fans about Northampton's number 7 - Billy Waters - did he stand out for them?
Yes. Probably the only one of them that showed anything classy.

Baptiste has had 4 permanent clubs in 15yrs, not sure how you get journeyman out of that.
Simply because he's also been loaned out three times in the last three seasons, including to 1st division Sheffield Utd.
Wasn't that just to get his fitness back after breaking his leg playing for Boro?

Re: Match Thread: Queens Park Rangers FC v Reading

With the midfield hunting Reading down as a pack plus Washington and Mackie keeping their 5 man defence busy by snapping at them the whole time Reading never got the chance to settle and made error after error and turned the ball over to us all the time. Mackie was perhaps lucky not to get a booking...

Has he featured since returning from the confed cup?

His competitive season only ended a month ago.
He played the full 90 on Saturday and did well. I expect him to start.

Re: Weekend in Germany

Not just the manager. There are a number of people who sit around me slagging him off whenever he is on the pitch. He's the most natural goal scorer we have and a lot of people don't recognise it.

Re: Fake Hoops hate us (even before a ball is kicked)

Since when has any visit to one of the most expensive cities in the world cost the same amount as going to an out of town retail park surrounded by warehouses next to a motorway?

Dount it. Foreign coach. Sold/selling Jacob Murphy, Howson, John Ruddy.

What about Derby ? Pearson in charge and have bought Huddlestone and Curtis Davies (sold Tom Ince though).
Pearson? With the way they change managers, maybe, but I thought it was Rowett this week?
