Re: Kakay & Hamalainen

There must come a time when no more U.23's can go out on loan if it means we can't get a team out ? With Grego-Cox & Petrasso gone and Eze, Oteh, Chair and Smyth in and around the 1st team squad Kakay and Hamaleinen might be needed to maintain our quota of U.23's. For what its worth I think Kakay mi...

Re: Team vs Burton

Well done Ollie and the lads. Ollie, you are bringing the young lads in and using them brilliantly. Well done.

Re: Two more gone

I thought he looked rusty last Saturday. He didn't look ready in my opinion. I guess with Baptiste being fit Ollie is happy with Wzsolek, Baptiste, Onuoha, Robinson and Bidwell at the back withe maybe Lynch on the bench ?

I fear a 2-0 defeat but I think if we get things right it will be 0-0

Chair

What do people think ? I quite like him. But I think its going to be difficult for him to cement a place. If only because there is a limit to how many small players you can have in a team as you need at least 4 or 5 6ft+ players to be able to head the ball at corners etc. I really admire the way Cha...

Re: Ian Holloway

The thing we really need to let sink in is that we are not and never have been, in any way, a big club, a successful club or a club with a rich, winning history. Pick apart our dna and we are a small family club from West London whose natural habitat is mid-table Championship with the occassional f...

Re: Question for Albert

Hello Albert So after watching Cardiff yesterday how do you think Warnock would be any better for us ? Yes, he does what it says on the tin and his teams have decent physicality but looking at his team I doubt that those players or his playing style would take us forward long term. Better the devil...

Re: Question for Albert

Not sure about unthinkable but Warnock seems to be regarded as untouchable on here. I's say in recent years his record isn't too dissimilar to Ollie.

Besides its all about what fits ....

Re: Mackie out for 3 months

I tend to agree on JM's contractual situation. Though I think (on a point of editorial pedantry) you mean 'epitomised' rather than 'typified' by his red card - Mackie's not a dirty player as a rule, and, with the red card, he was a bit hard done by, imo. I empathise with his injury, as I suffered w...
