GPS is by it's nature wireless. It needs to be strapped on though, and some have separate battery packs connected by cable(s).

Very good coverage of the game on Channel 5 last night. We were the main match, and the programme was hosted from LR. Maybe we should get Colin Murray a season ticket. ;-)

All the players wear GPS trackers to measure their activity. The units are mounted between their shoulder blades - you can see they all have a small hunchback when you are at the game and near enough. It's almost certainly cabling to do with that.

Bristol were barely in the game until that cheat Flint started bossing the ref. A fine example of how a highly paid bully of a player player can take control of the game by hectoring, cheating and influencing a lesser strong willed, lower paid individual.
