Re: Anti depressants doctor

Same old Whining.I understand people are pissed-off,but haven't we been through this a thousand times.OH for a reasonable review of the game from someone on this board! Yep, you're right we're just little old QPR, we've had more than our fair share of 'days in the sun' & times where we 'punched abo...

Re: Wheeler - operation (in house?)

Yep, a fringe player needs an operation and the manager makes a big song & dance about it, as if it's some kind of big deal and leaves the team utterly hamstrung.

Re: Three points

I'm fast coming to the conclusion that, rest assured, Holloway will achieve just about enough to keep his job and not much more.

I still believe this squad has more to offer than the performances they are currently delivering.

Re: Wheeler - operation (in house?)

It's not as though IH has used the lad much is it? Or for that matter is interested in any kind of real width in the attack.

Re: Anti depressants doctor

I thought they dominated the whole first half. Frighteningly so. Then we were the better side in the second. Very bad day at the office. Unforgivable first half performance. The fact that we showed we could compete in the second half demonstrates that Ollie got the tactics wrong first half. We’ll h...

Re: The ashes

I don't know a great deal about Aussie domestic cricket but I gather the State Competition is a better grounding and a bit more like test cricket than the mishmash of matches we have during our summer. I'd rather go down to Ham Common and watch Ham v Ealing than see the slogfest of limited over mat...

Re: Cyrille Regis RIP

What can I say, Cyrille was a hero to me as a West Indian growing up in London, I've read some of the West Brom forums and they are genuinely shocked and very, very emotional. Many stories of people hearing about his death while driving and having to pull over to grieve. I've been tearful most of t...

Re: The ashes

Whitewash or not, IMHO this has been a terrible Ashes tour...and in my several decades of watching Test cricket I have a bit of a benchmark against which to judge matters! We've made an ordinary Aussie team look like a team of World beaters. Only a handful of the English team will be able to...

My eyes fixed themselves to a certain part of that picture and as hard as I tried I couldn’t move them for around 30 seconds.
I've been fortunate enough to meet her in the flesh a few times and I reckon my eyes (albeit behind sunnies) were much the same...much to the missus' disgust! 8)

Without a doubt she's a seriously fantastic surfer but I'm not quite sure what she brings to Liverpool's defence?

Re: SMYTHHHHHH

We said EXACTLY the same Systemsguy. So raw and direct. He was a constant menace . A genuinely superb debut from him, against one of the toughest defenders in the division too. He was given a very hard time by a number of those players, and stood up to it and capped his performance with a brilliant...

Re: SMYTHHHHHH

This lad actually reminded me of another English striker from years ago who had pace to burn when he was young and before injuries took their toll.... Wow the way he skinned Bamba? was phenomenal and the aplomb he took his goal was breathtaking.... We said EXACTLY the same Systemsguy. So raw and di...

Re: FA Cup

Agreed. We won't win the flipping thing but we could lose a vital player You could lose a vital player in any game. True but very annoying if that game is a meaningless FA Cup tie. If we were comfortable mid/upper table then why not have a go in the cup but we aren't. I agree but statistically spea...
