Re: Redknapp sacked!

Just read that the owners felt "uncomfortable" with his commitment living in Sandbanks and driving to BFC every day so would I........ I'm just thinking if he were living in the Midlands and signed a player from London area he's expect them to move...? Although Keane got away with playing for Man U ...

Re: Redknapp sacked!

I was wondering where this was going to end up last night, here or General. Despite this being firmly Birmingham's problem, how we can now laugh at their demise. Ever since the new owners chose to prove they knew absolutely f*** - all about football by getting rid of Gary Rowett we've watched ...

Re: Did we sign the guy from Blackpool ??

Blackpool:

we'd have been "negotiating" with Owen Oysten Jnr

can't help but feel sorry for their supporters, I'm pretty sure Ollie would have known the boy from his time there.

Re: Redknapp

Yes, indeed Arry, the media can't wait to put him and Transfer deadline day together I was going to start a thread on here regarding this - made a start but couldn't get the gist of what I wonted to make a point about as I thought it was simply sour grapes. Clearly not just me thinking this. First o...

Re: 2017/18 Prediction after 6 games

You may see it like that - I'm ( still ) more then pissed off with Tuesday nights effort. Can't help but feel we'd missed out on a few things progressing. cup run - well 2 on the bounce "same team" confidence enthused crowd and new supporters going away happy - probably coming back improved fitness ...

I bet Burton Albion don't mind being in the cup now, win or lose.

simple as that Ian, simple as that.

Re: Colin's return match.

Pigs will fly. I was listening to Talksport the other day and Simon Jordan was speaking with Colin, describing him as a "proper manager". I suppose if you get down to (very) basics, he is. And, as has been said above when he was ours he was great, but..... I was surprised Jordan got on well with him...

Colin's return match.

Getting ready for Saturdays game? here's what you can expect following their efforts against Wolves at the weekend: Continual Petty Fouls players dropping like flies when we get a breakaway and game called to a halt to attend "injured" player goal-keeper perennial timewasting ( if their winning ) bu...

Re: Was Ollie right to play the B team last night against Brentford?

I think there's a number of issues when you consider last nights debacle. We lost, shame, but we lost - it happens Trouble was we lost poorly, 1st half was crap and even 2nd half some didn't look 1/2 interested. Now my understanding was, we we're setting out for "more of the same" pressing game etc ...

which ever way you odds it.....

It ain't looking good...... with the season kicking off in 3 and a bit weeks times it seems clear our horizons and ambitions will have been severely clipped this year. Firstly we have the ever going FFP issue which, even from a non footballing perspective is pure madness. Here we are, what, the 2nd ...

Re: Navel Gazing

Its sometimes odd how a post intended for 1 area of debate gets developed into another. My Navel Gazing was predominantly focused on the direction the club went last year from 2/3 years ago, and now with a new "project" ( I assume ) going in another direction. Washington's inclusion was merely a cas...

Navel Gazing

I guess like many over the last few weeks, just when you thought the Championship was all over done and dusted for another season and we could rest easy on our laurels, the Rangers Roller Coaster still trundles along. I must admit to feeling slightly confused and wondering just where we're going. Ju...
