He wasn’t in the squad today for Rangers. Is he injured?

He probably gnawed his own foot off rather than be involved in that shambles.

I wondered the same thing. He was on the bench for their last two games and substituted at half-time in the one before that. Seems as if he may be out of favour.

Man Utd have their buy back clause so all will be well.

Yep, I don’t think he’s injured. Had a few very good games, then form really declined.

Not that it’s the best reflection, but their fans on Twitter were pretty scathing about how he played recently...

Their fans are scathing about everything. A bunch of moronic neanderthals IMO. (Read from around page 35 onwards)

Given they've been beaten at home to bottom of the league WBA, perhaps they need a fresh face in the squad?

His bad form coincided with some other player returning from injury

At first, they loved him because of the way that he read the game and passed the ball so well. Then, they went off him when he had one or two games when he was not 'physical' enough (including an earlier game against Celtic). The manager lost confidence in him, too.
As for the comments on that message board - apart from one particularly distasteful one - I was amazed at how many 'in-match' postings there were and how short they were. Very economical with words, those Rangers fans
It's simple. Score more goals than they do.

If he can't perform consistently in that poor league what chance has he got in the Championship ?? 🤔

That hasn't stopped most of our squad.

Mind you, you'll find similar clientele if you were only reading fantasy island.
