Personally I hope we can find someone who is able to bring new ways of thinking and development to the squad, and that probably means has no previous connections with the Club and can start with a clean sheet with new ideas and methods.
This time we'll get it right - just believe! :wink:

Well clearly he isn't committed to QPR he's left but why should he be? He's a man doing a job, he's been offered a better job that's more convenient and he's taken it.
